Our principal photographer is a well-known Freemason of 25 years standing who has held the office of Provincial Assistant Grand Director of Ceremonies and can therefore be relied on to understand your special needs for your Ladies Festival Photography - and to ensure that the right note is struck with your members and guests. We don't take "snaps" - every portrait photograph is expertly taken in our mobile studio and digitally optimised (retouched) before being printed. Your Ladies will be very pleasantly impressed!
We provide the best quality Masonic Photography available, and this level of quality can only be attained with professional-quality equipment.
We DON'T use on-camera flash - we DO erect a sophisticated mobile studio with professional quality backdrops and flash lighting units, bringing true studio-quality photography to your venue which cannot be achieved with on-camera flash alone.
All of our equipment is professional-standard, and no expense is spared to provide the best quality images possible for you. We even bring with us a duplicate of every single item of equipment to ensure that no unexpected hitches can interrupt your photo session.
As your Ladies Festival Photographers, we'll take a solo photograph of each Lady, then photographs of each couple together, as well as with family members and friends. Using our 'people skills', we'll break the ice with each couple, taking particular care to ensure that your non-Masonic guests are made to feel especially welcomed. We're frequently thanked for setting the tone for the evening, with guests feeling relaxed, happy and pampered prior to the Banquet commencing.
Following your Banquet, your guests can view the 8" x 6" printed and mounted photographs - we print everything we take so there's no messing with previews and ordering, without obligation to buy. Many of your guests will be so pleased with their photograph that they will request enlargements - we are happy to provide enlargements of 10" x 8" and 12" x 8" on the night at the clients request. We use lab-quality high speed printers at the venue which produce beautiful, high-definition, durable prints.
Additional photographs may be ordered on the night, and all of the images taken are uploaded to our website viewing galleries so that canvas prints, enlargements and reprints can be purchased using our online facilities.
There are no fees of any sort to be paid by the Lodge. Our attendance as your Masonic Ladies Festival Photographers costs you nothing!
Our confidence in the quality of our masonic photography ensures that we're happy to rely solely on the sales of our photographs on the night. We print all of the images taken during the evening and prepare them for presentation by mounting them in top-quality slip-in black folder mounts. Your guests will be delighted to find that they'll have the opportunity to buy a studio-quality portrait photograph for as little as £10.

When you book us as your Masonic Ladies Night Photographers, not only will we not charge our normal attendance fee of £150, you'll have gained £50 on the night.
We'll also provide your Lady President with a complimentary mounted photograph of her choice from the range of photographs we take.
